Levels
We offer German courses at levels A1-B2. Each level is divided into two parts. A1 consists of A1.1 and A1.2. A2 consists of A2.1 and A2.2. B1 consists of B1.1 and B1.2. B2 consists of B2.1 and B2.2.
A1
A1.1 and A1.2
180 Hours
At this level, you can understand and use everyday words and simple sentences for concrete situations. You are able to talk about yourself, your home country and your family.
A2
A2.1 and A2.2
120 Hours
At this level, you can understand sentences and frequently used expressions. You can communicate in simple routine situations. You are able to talk about your background, your education and your immediate surroundings.
B1
B1.1 and B1.2
160 Hours
At this level, you can understand the main points when clear standard language is used. You can express yourself simply and coherently on familiar topics. YOU can describe experiences, dreams, hopes and goals. You can also express your opinion and give reasons for it.
B2
B2.1 and B2.2
200 Hours
At this level, you can understand the main content of complex texts. You can communicate so spontaneously and fluently that a normal conversation with native speakers is possible without too much effort on either side. You can also state the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
